The neighborhood of Shaker Hill is a wonderful area in western Woburn
known for being extremely desirable with its tree lined streets and
beautiful homes. This neighborhood has a prime location with easy
access to schools, recreation, quick access to the neighboring towns of Winchester and Lexington.
Cummingsville is a wonderful area of the city abutting Burlington . West of the town center above Lexington street it has a mix of ranch style homes older capes and new Colonials.
North Woburn is a wonderful area of the city
abutting Burlington and Wilmington. North of the town center above
route 128 on Main street it has a mix of ranch style homes older capes
and new construction.
Walnut Hill is a neighborhood on the eastern side of Woburn adjacent to Stoneham. It is centered south of Salem St. It offers easy access to
Routes 128 and Route 93 into Boston, and the restaurants and shopping areas along Washington Street. The homes here are
a mix of smaller older homes, some wonderful large homes and some new
construction.
Horn Pond provides a beautiful recreation area south of the town center. Homes between Arlington and Main street offer easy access to the pond and town center.
